With over 200 years of combined expertise, Blumont Energy brings together the rich histories of the legacy companies Watts Petroleum, Midway Bottled Gas and SWVA Gas Service.

Three Central & Southwest VA Propane Companies Became One
Our journey started with Watts Petroleum in 1936, followed by Midway Bottled Gas in 1956 and SWVA Gas Service in 1945. Each of these family-owned businesses was deeply embedded in their local communities, always focusing on providing personalized service.
By merging these three companies, we are honoring their legacies while combining our strengths to better serve customers across Central and Southwest Virginia.
